Delta Entry — 31-Min Delta Brainwave Track for Sleep Onset & Deep Sleep Induction
Original price was: $ 14.00.$ 9.00Current price is: $ 9.00.
A 31-minute precision-engineered audio track by Mostafa Shafiei / Voice of Akash. Built on a 2 Hz delta binaural beat, 432 Hz carrier frequency, and a four-layer dissolving ambient composition to accelerate sleep onset and guide your brain into its deepest restorative delta state. Science-based. Fully documented. For bedtime use only. Headphones required.
Description
Sleep is not a switch. It is a descent. The brain does not jump from wakefulness to deep sleep — it travels through a series of neurological thresholds, each one requiring the nervous system to release a little more control, until consciousness finally surrenders to the deepest rhythm the brain knows.
For millions of people, that descent is interrupted. A racing mind, residual stress hormones, overstimulation from screens and activity — all of these keep the brain locked in beta and alpha long after the body has stopped moving. The result is lying awake, exhausted but unable to cross the threshold into real sleep.
Delta Entry was engineered to solve this specific problem — not by sedating the mind, but by giving the brain a precise neurological signal to follow downward. A 2 Hz delta binaural beat, buried beneath a warm ambient musical surface, guides the brain’s electrical activity toward the delta range — the frequency of deep, dreamless, physically restorative sleep — accelerating the descent that the body already wants to make.
What This Track Does
Delta brainwaves — oscillating between 1 and 4 Hz — are the slowest and deepest electrical patterns the brain produces. They dominate during the most restorative phases of sleep: the phases where growth hormone is released, cellular repair accelerates, immune function strengthens, and the brain consolidates the experiences of the day into long-term memory.
Most people reach delta naturally — but only after 60 to 90 minutes of sleep cycling through lighter stages first. For those with insomnia, anxiety, or disrupted sleep architecture, even this delayed arrival at delta is compromised. The brain never gets deep enough, long enough, to do its most important work.
A 60-day clinical study found that consistent delta binaural beat listening significantly improved overall sleep quality, reduced time to sleep onset, and decreased anxiety scores in participants with chronic sleep difficulties. Delta entrainment is among the most consistently replicated findings in brainwave research — the mechanism is well understood and the effects are measurable.
How It Was Built
Delta Entry is the softest and most delicate track in the Frequency Works collection — every production decision was made to support the experience of consciousness gently releasing its hold and descending into sleep.
Layer 1 — Binaural Beat Engine
A 200 Hz pure sine tone in the left ear and 202 Hz in the right — creating a 2 Hz binaural beat generated within the auditory cortex. At 2 Hz the brain is being guided toward the deepest delta range — the neurological signature of dreamless restorative sleep. The pulse at 2 Hz is extremely slow and subtle — felt more as a gentle tide than a rhythmic pulse. Delta entrainment works like gravity, not like a metronome. Headphones are required for this layer to function.
Layer 2 — Isochronic Reinforcement
A 432 Hz tone amplitude-modulated at exactly 2 pulses per second — the slowest isochronic pulse in the collection. At this rate the pulse becomes almost indistinguishable from the music itself, a barely perceptible rhythmic breath beneath the surface, reinforcing the delta signal without creating any conscious awareness of its presence.
Layer 3 — Harmonic Drone
A sustained 432 Hz root drone layered with its sub-octave (216 Hz) and upper octave (864 Hz), filtered to open softly over the first 10 minutes, hold during the core entrainment window, then close again as the track approaches silence. Warm, familiar, grounding — but in the context of 2 Hz delta it feels entirely different. Heavier. More final. Like a door closing gently.
Layer 4 — Musical Composition
An original sleep ambient composition — four distinct musical sections blended seamlessly into a single 31-minute descent. From the lightest and most conscious opening texture, through progressively dissolving layers of soft pads, distant single tones with infinite decay, and barely audible shimmer, to a final section of pure warm darkness. No melody. No rhythm. No percussion. Only the sound of the mind letting go.

What to Expect
- 0:00 – 2:00 — Frequency layers fade in gently. Close your eyes. Let your body settle into its surface. There is nothing to do.
- 2:00 – 10:00 — Entrainment begins. The music is at its lightest here — still present, still conscious. Most listeners notice the mind beginning to drift, thoughts losing their sharpness.
- 10:00 – 20:00 — The descent deepens. The delta signal is fully active. The hypnagogic border is approaching. Thoughts may become dreamlike, non-linear, visual.
- 20:00 – 28:00 — Core delta window. Many listeners are asleep by this point. If you are still conscious, you are in a deeply altered state of awareness — the border of delta. The body is already in recovery mode.
- 28:00 – 31:00 — All layers fade to silence. If you are still awake, sleep will follow naturally. The brain has been guided to the threshold — crossing it now requires nothing more than stillness.
How to Listen
- Headphones required — stereo separation is essential for the binaural beat to function
- Use at bedtime only — this track is designed to induce sleep, not daytime relaxation
- Lying down in your sleep position is strongly recommended
- Set volume to a very soft level — softer than you think is necessary
- If you fall asleep before the track ends, this is the intended outcome
- Do not set an alarm to wake during the track — allow natural sleep to follow
- For chronic insomnia, use consistently for at least 14 days — entrainment effects compound with regular practice
- Do not use while driving or operating machinery under any circumstances
The Sleep Collection — Tracks 05, 06 and 07
Delta Entry is the first of three sleep-focused tracks in the Frequency Works collection. Each one targets a different dimension of sleep quality.
Used individually, each track addresses its specific target. Used together across a night or across a week, they form the most comprehensive frequency-based sleep support system available — built on the same precision engineering and scientific documentation as every track in the collection.
