1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, order processing or production may begin and cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order instruments are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
